Registration

For participating SPP 1992 members, both accommodation and catering are free of charge. External participants are also welcome, but we would like to point out that we can only provide the catering (drinks and meals for all days). This means that external participants have to pay for the accommodation on site, as well as traveling to and from the event.

There are 25 spots available, for which the registration is now open.

Registration deadlines

Since there is limited space in the venue, registration is going to be divided in two time periods:

• The early registration will be possible until March 1st, 2024. In that time, preference for spots will be given to members of the SPP-1992. Non-SPP members are also encouraged to register in that time and will be notified within a few days after the deadline, whether a spot is available.
• The deadline for late registration is March 31st, 2024. Please note that the venue is limited and registration for participation during this second period is only possible if there are still spots available!
